This website is run by Cadence Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (company number 137008C), with its registered office at 19 Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LR. In these terms, "Cadence Labs", "we", "us" and "our" mean Cadence Limited.

This site is a showcase of the products and creative projects Cadence Labs is working on. It is for general information only. Products shown here may be in development, in beta or paused, and their features, pricing and availability can change without notice.
4. Our products have their own terms
Each product, such as HAL, Album Rambler, Unspun, Rekon and Sweep 125, has its own website, app or service with its own terms and privacy policy. Those terms apply when you use that product. Nothing on this site forms an offer or a contract to supply any product.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, logos, product names, screenshots and the titles and descriptions of our creative work, belongs to Cadence Limited or is used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission. Scripts, treatments and music referred to on this site are original works and are not licensed for use by anyone else.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Cadence Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (company number 137008C, registered office 19 Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LR), is the data controller for this website. We follow the GDPR and LED Implementing Regulations 2018 (the Isle of Man's version of the GDPR).
2. The short version
This website does not ask you for any personal information. It has no sign-up forms, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
3. What is collected when you visit
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept only for a short period.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
4. Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. The only thing stored on your device is the theme choice described above, which is needed for the feature to work.
5. Why we process this data
We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website to process the technical data described above. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing or profiling.
6. Who we share it with
Data is processed by our hosting provider and by Google Fonts as described above, some of which may happen outside the Isle of Man, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.
7. Our products
Our products, such as HAL, Album Rambler, Unspun, Rekon and Sweep 125, collect and use data differently. Each one has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or stop processing it. To make a request, contact us at the address below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner (inforights.im).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
